Vin Diesel Makes Very Sad & Emotional Post About Paul Walker’s Birthday!

Vin Diesel turns to social media to remember his beloved Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker on what would have been his 48th birthday.

In an emotional birthday message, Vin Diesel remembers his late Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker. The Fast & Furious franchise begins in 2001 with Diesel and Walker sparring before becoming great friends. Walker’s Brian O’Conner was a key character in the series, appearing in nearly every film from the first to the seventh. He died in a horrible vehicle accident in 2013 while filming Furious 7; the film was remodeled to remember Walker by giving Brian a happy ending with Mia (Jordana Brewster).

Since then, the Fast & Furious franchise has made a point of remembering Walker and Brian. Because the character is still alive in the universe, he has been mentioned a few times, including in this year’s F9. At the end of the film, a blue automobile arrives at Dom’s BBQ (Diesel). Though the identity of the driver is never disclosed, it is strongly implied that it is Brian, who is eager to join his family for the celebration. Walker’s passing came as a surprise to many, but those who loved him have not forgotten him.

Walker’s birthday was September 12, but Diesel remembered him on social media. Diesel captioned a photo of himself and Walker from Furious 7 with, “So much to tell you…” “Normally, I would say you wouldn’t believe how I spent your birthday… but by the safe outcome, I know you were there with me in spirit,” Diesel said in his beautiful statement. He ended with words that I’m sure everyone is thinking: “Miss you.” Always.

Walker died eight years ago, yet his absence is still felt today. He was known for more than just the Fast and Furious franchise, having acted in films such as Varsity Blues and She’s All That. Fast & Furious, on the other hand, allows his legacy to live on in fantastic form. With Fast & Furious 10 and 11 set to wind up the trilogy, it’s unclear whether the next two films will find a way to bring Brian back. Director Justin Lin has stated that it is a distinct possibility, so fans may not have seen the last of Brian O’Conner.

Walker might be recreated with CGI, similar to how he was in Furious 7’s last scene. Although reactions to the solution may be diverse, no one can argue that it would not be a fitting homage to him. Another option for having Walker appear in Fast & Furious 10 and 11 would be to cast his daughter Meadow, whom Diesel approved. At the moment, little is known about the last Fast & Furious films, but fans can bet on one thing: Walker’s presence will be felt.
